28 Piece Set China by Tressemann and Vogt of Limoges Service for 4
Elegant service for four with 4 bowls, 4 luncheon plates, 4 bread plates, 4 fruit/dessert bowls, 4 salad plates and 4 double handled bouillon cups with underplates by Tressemann & Vogt. The pattern is 5224 which is a lovely white base with sophisticated gold encrusted and black bands. A few of the pieces are marked with Wright, Tyndale & Van Roden. They were Philadelphia retailers and importers of porcelain, pottery and glass, and active from the late 1880s to the mid-1920s.
